Whether you're at work, at home, or simply focused on your day, we handle the entire process; so, you don’t have to.
Cancellation Policy
1. Eligibility & Service Area Available to clients in Surrey, Vancouver, and the Lower Mainland Service must be booked at least 24 hours in advance Vehicle must be insured, roadworthy, and legally operable 2. Pickup & Drop-Off Protocol Clients must provide accurate pickup and dealership details A handover form will be signed at pickup and return Apple Optimum drivers will not authorize or approve repairs on behalf of the client 3. Driver Standards All drivers are identity-verified, trained, and insured Operate under Apple Security Inc. protocols for professionalism and safety Drivers will not operate vehicles with known mechanical issues or safety concerns 4. Liability & Insurance Apple Optimum is not liable for dealership service outcomes We are responsible for the vehicle only during transit Any damage or incident during transit will be handled under our commercial insurance policy 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance Late cancellations may incur a $25 service fee Rescheduling is subject to availability 6. Privacy & Confidentiality Client information and vehicle details are kept strictly confidential No personal data is shared with third parties without consent 7. Payment Terms Payment due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged GST applies to all valet services Invoices include service description, time, and applicable taxes
