Cancellation Policy

1. Delivery Eligibility Delivery is available within specified service areas only. Customers must provide a valid government-issued ID and proof of purchase before delivery. 2. Scheduling & Timing Deliveries must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Delivery windows are provided and must be confirmed by the customer. Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly. 3. Vehicle Inspection & Handover A pre-delivery inspection is conducted, and a checklist is reviewed with the customer upon arrival. Both parties sign off on the vehicle’s condition at the time of delivery. 4. Payment & Fees Full payment (including delivery fees, if applicable) must be completed before delivery. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside standard service areas or hours. • Billable Hours Include: • Early Pickup & Storage: If applicable, the vehicle may be picked up one day prior to dealership delivery and stored at a secure location until the scheduled drop-off time • Scheduled Delivery Window: Time allocated for transporting and coordinating delivery to the dealership • Document & Trade-In Return: If required, signed documents along with the trade-in vehicle will be returned to the dealership the following day 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Late cancellations may incur a fee. 6. Customer Responsibilities The customer must be present at the delivery location at the agreed time. The customer is responsible for verifying the vehicle’s condition and documentation upon delivery. 7. Safety & Security Delivery specialists follow strict safety protocols during handover. Vehicles will not be delivered to unsafe or unverified locations
