Cancellation Policy

1. Service Coverage a. Door-to-door delivery is available for local pickups and drop-offs within our service area. b. Same-day delivery is guaranteed for orders placed before the daily cutoff time. 2. Booking & Scheduling . All deliveries must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. a. Customers can select preferred pickup and delivery windows, subject to availability. b. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on capacity. 3. Pickup & Delivery . We handle your items from pickup to doorstep, ensuring safe and timely delivery. a. Customers must ensure someone is available at both pickup and delivery locations during the scheduled windows. b. If no one is available, a redelivery fee may apply. 4. Freshness & Handling . Perishable and market-fresh items are transported in temperature-appropriate conditions. a. Special handling instructions must be provided at the time of booking. 5. Payment Terms . Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. a. Additional charges may apply for oversized loads, special handling, or after-hours service. 6. Cancellations & Changes . Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. a. Late cancellations may incur a fee. 7. Customer Responsibilities . Items must be ready for pickup at the scheduled time. a. Accurate delivery addresses and contact information must be provided. b. Prohibited or restricted items will not be transported. 8. Liability & Insurance . We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, but liability for loss or damage is limited as outlined in your service agreement. a.
