1. Service Scope a. We accommodate deliveries of all sizes, from single items to large loads. b. Custom solutions are tailored to meet unique customer requirements. 2. Booking & Quotation . All custom deliveries require a detailed request and approval of a personalized quote. a. Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued. 3. Scheduling & Availability . Delivery dates and times are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon booking. a. Changes to scheduled deliveries must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. 4. Payment Terms . A deposit may be required to secure your booking. a. Full payment is due as specified in your custom quote or invoice. b. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes or special handling. 5. Cancellations & Refunds . Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may be eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable deposit. a. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. 6. Item Preparation & Packaging . Customers are responsible for ensuring items are properly packaged and ready for transport. a. Special handling or packaging requirements must be communicated in advance. 7. Liability & Insurance . We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, but liability for loss or damage is limited as outlined in your service agreement. a. Additional insurance coverage is available upon request. 8. Customer Responsibilities . The customer must be present at pickup and delivery locations, or designate an authorized representative. a. Accurate information about load size, weight, and special requirements must be provided at booking. 9. Prohibited Items . Certain items may be restricted or prohibited by law or company policy.
